We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it,
or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from
or to Patagonia for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Return & Exchange
Patagonia Calgary, Banff & Victoria are independently owned and operated by the Canadian entity Elements Inc.
If you have purchased a product from Elements Inc. and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or refund with proof of purchase. We will accept the product back provided it is unused or unworn and with original tags. If no proof of purchase is available and the item is unused and with original tags, a store credit will be issued at the assessed price
Returns and exchanges for product purchased from Elements Inc. can be made at our stores in Banff, Calgary & Victoria or by following the procedure below. Please review the following information carefully to ensure your return is handled promptly.
- Please contact us via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like us to process an exchange for the return. When contacting us please indicate your web order number, a description of the item(s) you are returning for exchange.
- Fill out the Return Request Form included in your shipment or request it from us via email email@example.com.
- Place items in a suitable shipment package (box or bag) and include original tags and Return Request Form.
- Clearly mark the return address on the package.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Elements Inc. will not be responsible for lost packages during return shipment. You are responsible for any return shipping charges. Freight Collect and C.O.D returns cannot be accepted and will be refused.
We are happy to facilitate the repair of your item. Please wash all items before bringing them into one of the stores for assessment. If deemed repairable we will send them to the repair facility. Please note that a repair could take up to 6 weeks to process. We pay for repairs that we’re responsible for and charge a fair price for repairs due to normal wear and tear.
The warranty & repair service is for in-store drop-off only; we will not accept mailed product.
